Quality System
Since the foundation Cedinor has been compromised in quality. We have been awarded Cero Defects supplier and supplier of manufacturing components of the year. Cedinor has been an ISO company since 2010 and now it on it way to be IATF 16949 certify (Automotive) by 2019.
All the company is center to deliver parts in time and with complying with customer specification. Our ERP system help us to manage corrective actions to clients and to suppliers making it easy to evaluate the performance.
Our lab is fully equipped for the tasks we make. From hardener and thickness meters, Verniers, CMM, Fixtures, etc. all aligned in delivering only good parts and to control our processes.
In the floor we have implemented critical measurements and evaluation systems. So, we know in real time the result of the parts been manufacturing. Our quality team can take actions immediately when any problem occurs so our downtimes are minimum.
